It's a time of year that often puts extra pressure on us, and can affect our mental health in lots of different ways.

Reasons some people may struggle during Christmas:

  3. Getting into debt due to the holiday expenses
  4. Depression or anxiety is triggered during this season

The good news is, there are steps you can take that can help promote your mental health during this season. Sometimes, small steps, taken together, can produce significant benefits.

1. Sleep

We cannot stress just how important quality sleep is for your overall well-being.

2. Be gentle, generous, and patient with yourself.

During this time of the year, allow yourself to take more time for self-care. Be kinder to yourself.
